Other times, you just say it. Blurt it out (where did that come from?) Straight to the point. You've been called opinionated. People know what you think. So why are they still not behaving the way you'd like them to?

Impact is not some magical quality that some people have, and others don't. 

Impact is the result of adopting some simple but powerful habits, that anyone can learn.  

  • I just wish I'd learned this a long time ago. It might have saved my marriage.
  • Why didn't we learn this in school. This is so essential.
  • Since the training, the relationship with my colleague has improved so much. And work has become much more fun.
  • It took me 1 week to move from "I need to do that" to just doing it. But I succeeded! Now my projects are finally on track. And that gives me energy to continue.
